The method behind the madness:

now the first thing you need to know is, how to get there:

•Teleportation method: -Follow the blue route -
well you teleport to Trollheim :)

•Walking method: -Follow the yellow route-
if you plan on walking to god wars you will need:
climbing boots.

small amount of extra food (or prayer pot).
a games necklace.

The prayer icons represent what prayers you should
have activated whilst passing through these areas.

What to do when your there:
well you have two main choices,
if you brought a Mithril grapple then you can go
over the ditch or you can stay in the main area,
I would recommend the west side near the
Bandos followers for killing Aviansies.

Recommended pickups:
all runes dropped (extra cash)
adamant bars (obviously)
rune dagger(p+) -alch-
Runite limbs -alch-
swordfish (very good if your tanking)
DON’T KEEP HERBS!!!!!!!!!

Tanking method:

Equipment:

helm of neitiznot/rune full helm
Saradomin d’hide
Zamorak plate legs / chaps
Ava's accumulator
Armadyl pendent (temple of Ikov Quest)
gloves of you choice (RFD gloves)
kite shield/spirit shield/dragon sq
ring of wealth/archers ring
ranger boots/snakeskin boots
broad-tipped bolts/adamant bolts/Mithril bolts -5k bolts -

Inventory:

150 bones to peaches tabs
100 nature runes
staff of fire or fire runes
range/prayer pots
tele tab
food
Mithril grapple (optional)
2 law runes(Trollheim teleport)
or climbing boots to get there.

Pure/Low defence method:

Equipment:

Guthix mitre.
monks robes (top and bottom).
climbing boots.
archers ring/ring of wealth.
unholy book (Horror from the deep Quest).
rune c’bow.
Armadyl pendent (temple of Ikov Quest).
Ava’s accumulator.
broad-tipped bolts/adamant bolts/Mithril bolts -5k bolts -

Inventory:
holy wrench (rum deal quest).
alchemy runes (natures x 100 & a staff of fire or fire runes).
tele tab’s.
2 law runes (if using tele method).
fill the rest with prayer potions.
